I ordered a part be delivered in 2 days and have not got any word of delivery. Resolution Sought Refund my funds.

Hello, We have already sent email that part is on backorder with lead time of 3-4 weeks and if customer would like to continue or cancel the order for full refund. We have not received any response from customer. If customer can respond to email, we can take necessary actions. Thanks
