I ordered a temperature control for my refrigerator on May 5th. I received an email saying the part had shipped. Waited a week shipping information was never updated. I contacted the store through text as that is the only way you can do it. They stated shipping had not been updated they would send me a second part. I waited another week still had never received either part. Then I asked for a refund and no one has gotten contact with me. If you read the reviews on Google maps there are several negative reviews all stating the same thing. I highly believe this is a scam and it should be shut down Resolution Sought I want my money back and it would be nice if this store was shut down due to scamming people. I am not the only person
