First of all the number they listed herein (888-688-5888) is false, it belongs to another firm altogether. Issue: bought item that they shipped incomplete and they have been ignoring my requests for the missing parts and trim kit. Resolution Sought Option 1: send the trim kit and the missing screws, or, option 2: issue an immediate $40.00 partial refund back to me so I can go purchase said items.
