I used this company for a Birthday party and the character did not perform nothing he was suppose due. I tried contacting the company 5 phone call 3 emails no response from anyone. That's how they get people because they get there money upfront. Can someone please help me. Thanks, inadvance Resolution Sought Refund my money or at least half of my money back. Because I very unhappy.
