I was supposed to get a refund from this merchant. But the refunded to my debit card that is no longer valid. My bank rejected it because the debit card is not valid. I was told by the bank that I needed to get in touch with the merchant to change the refund to my new debit card but they refused to to do so. Resolution Sought All I want is my refund that's it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I applied for an expedited passport so I could make my 6 week timeframe that I had before departing. Contacted them and everything seemed good. Payed and sent in my passport and other documents and then absolutely zero contact. I called hundreds of times and would get disconnected or hung up on. They assign you an "account manager" and mine had a full voicemail and not once answered a call after countless calls and voicemails. My passport ended up in my mailbox 8 days after my deliver date that was stated on the site. Lost a few thousand dollars in having to try and cancel my entire 16 day trip. Couldn't get my money back on airlines so now I have credits that I cant get work off for. Some Hotels that were booked didn't refund. Just the absolute worst case scenario with working with a "reputable business". No amount of words can explain the hassle it has caused me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Shut this business down, complete fraud. Their licensing should be revoked. A refund would be great but I doubt I'll ever be able to get ahold of anyone to make a complaint. Resolution Sought A refund would be great.
