Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been overcharged by this company many times in the first month. I was billed twice as you can see in the picture I was refunded once I have again reached out to this company for over billing me, but they refuse to refund any of my money, the creator said that they would pay me. $48.74 but as you can see, I have not received anything yet. This conversation with this company and this creator has been going on for over three weeks the promise to pay me the 48.74 was agreed upon at the early part of last week. I can send proof of emails and charges to you upon request. Resolution Sought Refund me my money and send the thermos that they had promised which I have already paid for and to cancel my services ever with this company.
