Two rings ordered Sept, 19th 2022 $1268.71 total. Both rings were ordered same day first promised by Nov 12th and delivered but completely different from specs provided. Ring returned and remade, arrived late but done correctly. OK at this point. Then 2nd ring arrived prior to Christmas as promised. But the Opal had 3 fractures running completely across ring. Now I'm looking at another ring being delivered late. Returned ring told them how dissatisfied I was knowing they had made a mistake and shipped it to me in that condition. From that point on it's been nothing but delays and excuses from their customer Rep Rebeka. Asked to speak or receive a text or email from the owner Patrick that never happened. Tried canceling order two different times. Was told ring was to far along in production so could not cancel or issue refund. It's now March 5th 2023 3 full months after 2nd ring was returned. I did file complaints with BBB and Attorney Generals office. I did get a response. But I no longer want their ring. I have absolutely no interest in being reminded of how poorly I was treated. I'm not even sure Patrick Adair realizes there is a problem. He's bombarded my emails with specials he's offering every week. I've taken pictures of the flawed ring they shipped along with the box it arrived in, which is pristine condition. Poor service and questionable business practices especially from Rebeka!!! I'd recommend everyone steer clear of Patrick Adair Desi. Resolution Sought Refund of Opal ring cost Plus the $20 shipping cost I incurred returning both rings. 1 completely off spec.1 damaged in production.

As all of our rings are handmade to order, they are subject to a number of factors, including labor availability and materials availability. We do our best to provide accurate timeframes, but this is not something we can always control. We do typically provide prepaid return labels for issues such as this, but we would be more than happy to provide a refund for the shipping costs you have incurred with your order. This should be refunded to your original payment method shortly, you will receive a notification once it has processed.

Consumer states; I received the ring from Patrick Adair. It wasn't my 1st choice, but the ring turned out nice. I definitely won't be a return client. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Thank you for your assistance, amazing how quickly the ring was complete and at my door after your involvement. Thx again!
