My AC went out so I called Patrick heating and air. They sent a very nice technician who told me I needed a new fan and the unit is under 3 years old. He said the replacement cost all total would be 568$ all together but he said the fan would be 1-3 days to get . So while by now it's 92 degrees in my home I was rod the did not know when the fan would arrive at all So a day or 2 later they called and said since they still had no idea when the fan would be in they would give me a whole other unit so I waited till the next day when I finally got a hold of somebody they said again it's on. a truck headed to here I Ocala yesterday by 3pm. Well yesterday at 2 pm they called and said it was not on the truck and they have no idea when it will arrive and if they get the fan cost I'll get the fan if the unit I'll get the unit. The problem is it's hot in my house I have to wait another 4 days to hope something comes in and I feel like they are messing around with me the unit is less than 3 years old and I'll have noting but trouble with it and they promised me a new unit so that way I want k do t want the fan and they are obviously procrastinating getting the unit here before the fan. In either case I'm the one stuck in a 92 degree home . They should honor there promise of a new unit and end this as soon as possible no matter what unit the have in the warehouse they have available it's not my fault they need to make this right at any cost to them besides waiting and waiting. Resolution Sought Give me what they promised a new unit that they can actually get out of there warehouse in Ocala it's not my fault if those units are more expensive or whatever the case may be. They turn around and promise me another whole unit they can't even get. I want to give me the new unit the promised not the fan which who now's will arrive the unit is faulty it's not even 3 years old ad already the fan is out so I want the new unit when they promised it which as yesterday.
