December 2019 I purchased a 5 year Extended warrant for $1640.00 on my 2016 Ford Edge. I recently had a $812.00 repair on my auto and I have been unable to speak to anyone to collect . All I get is an answering machine. According to BBB and SD Attorney General they have received numerous complains from other people. Resolution Sought Pay for my $812.00 and refund premium for the remaining term of my contract.

I purchased a auto warranty which was a five year and 0 deductible warranty. I tried to file a repair for the first time 1 1/2 year later and my car has been setting in shop for a week now and the service department cannot get in touch with anyone at this company. I have tried emailing ,calling, and texting all week but no response at all, total scam! Resolution Sought Give me a full refund for what I paid them up front the total amount for their fraud and scamming selling warranty that is nothing.
