The company claims they will ship my product within 10 days. I received a phony tracking number for my package. I waited the 10 days tracking number never updated I have proof I have email proof of everything. I've contacted them several times throughout the last 20 or so plus days. I was insured my package would be received within 2 to 3 days. Never once seen my package and I have never once received a valid tracking number. Now the company refuses to answer any of my emails. Resolution Sought I would like a refund and or my product delivered within 24 hours. -50stars is higher rate this experience.
