poor customer service and uncaring attitude once something goes wrong

Poor follow through and customer service. We are having problems with the lamps actually lighting. We paid 250 dollars to their recommended electrician. The lights didn't work. Pat's lighting took the lights and said they worked now. The electrician took them back to my house and reinstalled them for free. They still didn't work. We returned them to Pat's lighting and said he couldn't help, it was the other guys deal. The big problem is they still charged us the whole amount and refused to give a credit to my credit card. We are out almost 900 dollars.
