I called then to clear a basement laundry tub drain. They came to my house cleared the drain and needlessly cut the hot and cold water supply to the faucet and used my lawn hose to flush the drain. When I asked him why he cut the water supply pipes, He said the faucet was leaking. It was not. He charged me $372 and asked me for my credit card. He did not give me a receipt. He needlessly cut my water supply lines to the faucet and took the faucet apart. He used my garden hose to flush the drain. Now it is filthy. He overcharged me for $372 and failed to give me a receipt. Afterwards I called him and was promised to fix it next week. I called Paul Bunyan Plumbing and they promised to fix it next week. Neither was done. He did not have his own tools. My garden hose is now polluted. I suspect he is not qualified to do plumbing work. Can you help me? Resolution Sought Cancel any charge to me. Pay for the garden hose that is filthy and pay for anther plumbing company to repair the damages they caused.

Customer came to us to use our service for a drain cleaning, there was existing damage to the laundry tub due to a clogged drain, drain tech went to clean using the laundry faucet, the faucet was old, the homeowner stated, so the tech was unable to turn the water off, he let the owner know that it would not turn off, offered to have a plumber come out to repair. HO said no its ok, I don't use it. Tech said he would cut and cap the lines so water would not run, HO said that's fine. Tech offered again, HO said no that's fine, don't worry about it. A week later received a call stating he wanted it repaired. Tech said you declined us repairing, but said he would send someone, HO said he didn't remember declining and wanted someone there to fix. We tried to contact without response; HO came in to the shop and s/w ops manager and wanted it fixed. I offered to repair, but would have to charge him the cost of the faucet, HO agreed, but now is stating he wants a refund for services done, and the faucet repaired, as well as a refund on a hose, but we did not use any hoses of the HO. He stated we didn't give a receipt, but I am able to send him a copy if he would like. He said he would see us in small claims court and hung up the phone . I am willing to give him his money back so he can have another plumber do the repairs, but he would not even talk to me on the phone.
