Customer Complaint

I ordered a watch from this business on November 24th. I received an order confirmation immediately. On November 29th I received an email noting that a shipping label had been created and that once the item arrived at the location it would be shipped out. About a week later after I realized that there was no movement and that the package had never even arrived at the shipping location I reached out to customer service and a representative told me that she would look into it and get back to me. I reached out to her a few days later to see if she had any new information and she did not. She saw the same USPS tracking info that I did. My package never arrived so there a shipping label could be put on it so that it could be shipped out. Ultimately i contacted my credit card company to ask them if I could be reimbursed and they did so. The reason why I am filing this complaint is because I see advertisements for Paul Rich watches on Instagram and Facebook frequently and I see comments from NUMEROUS individual stating that their watches have not yet arrived and that no one from customer service will respond to their complaints. Additionally they don't even have an 800 number that you can call. My concern is that there are far too many people being misled or Worse ripped off by this company. I am doing my part to get the word out. People need to be warned about this company. Resolution Sought I want as many people to know let the buyer beware.
