I ordered a size large shirt for my daughter on Nov 24, 2021 as a Christmas gift. It came several days before Christmas the Size of a child's medium. I repeatedly tried to speak with someone at the company via 12 emails. I was told to measure the length and width of the shirt, which I did. I sent a picture of it beside a woman large shirt. I just kept getting "your request has been updated. I finally just returned the shirt. I have confirmation it was received. I asked for a new shirt in the correct size. No response. I then asked for my money back. No response. This company is on Facebook every day. Many negative reviews. same issues. They have a California address but I believe it's a warehouse and product cones from out of country. Resolution Sought Correct shirt or full refund. Order number PAW1368165024.

Ordered a tee shirt and two cups from the company on Nov 7th, 2021 have yet to receive. Have sent several notice, they ignored till finally answered and said they would send out immediately. Still have yet to receive and this was Jan 4th. They assure it would be here with a week total. Now reading text but not answering. Resolution Sought Either send the merchandise I bought or refund me in full. This has been a horrible experience with this company. Extremely poor customer service.
