Hired company to help me prep for exterminator to get rid of bed bugs. He said $475.00, I said ok have a witness when he said price. I thought he didn't need me here. He called me up and was here only for a hour then he said it was too much. He never said it before he said the price to me days ago and left my front room apt like a garbage can piled up. Tried to cal him back to finish and said he's putting things on hold. I don't and to put things on hold. I need to get rid of the bed bugs and get exterminator here. I never had them before and I'm disabled. It's documented, I'm getting bit and I need my place done. Resolution Sought To get this prepped for the exterminator and have my place back not a junk yard and garbage can.

Company called stating customer needs to downsize her units before they can service them. This has already been explained to customer. The $475 fee was for the service after its rendered however they have been unable to render the service due to custom refusing to downsize.
