First of all I had successfully completed a trade which was $100 Best buy gift card for bitcoin. Once the trade was complete and I had received the bitcoin all of a sudden it wanted me to complete the identity verification process which was already completed months ago. So I go to complete it again and it said I had no attempts left so I had contacted them several times. A week later they clear the attempts. So I complete the process again the next thing I know I received an email saying that my account is banned because my Id was found on another account which is not correct. My funds are still sitting there and I no longer have access to my account. I had the Google authenticator set up so that I would have to enter a code every time I log in. Well its pretty funny how when they decided to banned my account Paxful was no longer showing up on my Google authenticator. So I tried to get them to temporarily disable it. They said that in order for them to do so I needed to send them my email address on file, phone number, username, last device used screenshot of my ip address and answer to my security question which I have done several times already and they keep sending me emails to send them the same exact information. The issue with this is that all information that I am providing them with is correct except for the phone number on file I don't remember what it is its no good and I didn't get a chance to change it. Resolution Sought Access to my account and funds.

The company and the website they run is accepting apple store gift cards to trade for bitcoin. Many people are being scammed into purchasing the gift cards , I work for a company who deals with many cases where this occurs. Resolution Sought I would like for the site to be investigated and possibly removed or restrict their ability to take these gift cards and using them illegally to provide bitcoins to anyone
