I am a user of Paxful inc from 4 days my account got hacked through phishing link any ways after scammer got all my money as its a platform uses bitcoin so sense its done its done the problem is not here the problem us that after hacker done what he have done i changed everything password and checked everything more than 4 times and cleared all logins and everything after i added money again to my account the hacker was still on my account with no emails sent to me with login or even 2fa request from my google authy app my pc was not hacked and the link was not even on my pc i use on paxful so the question is how the hacker was still on my account after i changed password several times and changed all logging and even me got logged out from email so how this big security breach happen on an bitcoin p2p company that security should be top priority Resolution Sought I need to get an reimbursement money for what happened and the damage i suffered cause of this bad security that could not do the simplest thing in the planet to ask for the new password or even 2fa hacker was active and took my money again fluidly with the same ip he did as before with no login email or any thing so i need a statement from them state what really happened and money rembirsmint redund for the losses and damage i suffered.
