I brought to the manager located at 1878 Fulton st Brooklyn NY 11233 June 24 2024 that' his worker would not send a transaction for me because she said I threaten her some time ago and I explained to him that I didn't threaten her in any way so the manager told me if I wanted service from his business at any time of the day I must focus on his hours and do not come there if the lady is working there because I should avoid her..I don't agree with this and I should be able to receive service anytime I desire to send a transaction.. she would not give me change previous and I only told her you are a very unhappy person and you have personal issues and I only ask for little change to take the train so she refused to give me. But I saw the manager giving someone else change but he wouldn't give me. All I want is to be treated equally like everyone else that comes into the Pay-O-Matic center in my area. Resolution Sought To be treated equally like everyone else that comes into the Pay-O-Matic center in my area where I live.
