They are locking customers out of the app and changing passwords. They are stealing money. Resolution Sought I need my money replaced

Payactiv allows us at North Mississippi Medical Center to access a portion of our worked wages early. I accessed the money on June 20, 2024 but the money never was deposited to my debit card. However Payactiv is taking the money out of my check this week. I have talked and chatted with Payactiv a few times. I have also given my bank the deposit transaction number and Wells Fargo has no record of the transaction. Resolution Sought I would like Payactiv to give me my number and delete me from their system. They might take my whole paycheck next time.
