Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This company is an early access wages that my employer signed up for. This company is offering services that they do not stand by. They purposely update early access wages incorrectly. And when customers myself as one. Access my early wages I'm charged $2.99 fee . But you have to call them daily and beg them to update your info correctly. And when they finally do. You have to do two or three transfers. Just to get your wages for one day . And you end up being charged $2.99 two or three times. The customer service team is terrible. You have to call 3-4 times just for someone to fix your account. And not to mention the email / escalation team that take 2-3 days to get back to you. I just hope other employers don't present this rip off company to their employees. Also you can't use your debit card where ever you choose. They decide where you can use it. Resolution Sought Call me ! Refund my extra charges , update their system, THE LIST GOES ON. The early wage access is just another way to rip off poor people. Well THIS COMPANY. Because other companies like. Clair , and Early pay are great.

I uploaded 300 dollars from payactiv on /6/23/2023. I went to capital one banking in Hammond la on Morrison blvd to the atm to withdraw the funds and atm took my funds but didn't receive any money from the atm. Resolution Sought Refund me my money 300.
