Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I'm a victim of fraud. Recently, I signed up with Payarc, a credit card processor who has held my payments for over $5000 in sales and won't deposit into my business account. They indicated that there were fees due of $124, which I allowed them to debit. But then attempted to debit $174, three days later I had the bank stop. Clearly, they have kept all the sales from my company Macaron Cafe Ohio, which is needed to operate. Do you know of anyone who can help or provide assistance to assist in recovering our sales and protecting our customers? I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission this morning. None of my payments have been deposited for over a week to my company. Resolution Sought Want my credit card sales for my business deposited into my account which they have held for over 8 days.
