Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My employer, YWCA uses Paycom to process our payroll. On 4/30, someone was able to hack my Paycom account and change my Paypal direct deposit account information so my 5/12/2023 check deposit of $1345.24 was routed to the hacker's Paypal account. I was advised by Paycom to change my direct deposit information back to my correct deposit information and to change my password. However, the hacker was able to hack my account again and change my direct deposit information prior to my 5/28 direct deposit from my job. I was able to provide Paypal with the direct deposit account number of the hacker, in which I found out the person's name was Ruth Garcia and my direct deposit of $1345.24 was in her account. Paycom is not taking accountability for my account being hacked twice nor are they proactively trying to assist in the recovery of my funds. Resolution Sought I would like this company to provide me with $1345.24 and for them to pay for an subscription for credit monitoring since this hacker was able to obtain my full name, address, social security numbers, phone number and date of birth from information obtained via my Paycom account. I have also spend countless hours and time trying to resolve this issue.
