We bought a washer at Airport Apliance two years ago . I have the receipt. we bought a warranty with the washer. The warranty is with a place called Payless Appliance. Hayward Ca P.O. Box 4194 zip code 94540. Our washing machine stopped working in late November. We called for service, someone came on December 2021. The person said he would order a part , it will come in 3 days. I have been calling Payless Appliance since December 5 th. Every time I call they say they will call me back but they do not call me back ! Meantime my washing machine still not working ! Four people live in my house . I think I will have to go buy a new washer since this Payless Appliance won't call me back or fix my washer which is what I paid for when I bought a warranty! Resolution Sought Money back for warranty purchase .

Per consumer, The company in question did in fact finally send someone to fix our washing machine. It was almost two months waiting which is unreasonable.
