Payless Concrete complaints

FRAUD ALERT! The owner OGENE WHITSON lies and provides FAKE licensing. He said he was licensed and bonded, showed us his "proof" and stopped responding when I and the concrete inspector called him to advise he needs to fix his botched job. Ogene poured a third driveway and large back patio. He went on and on about how much better his was going to be, pointing out all the "flaws" in nearby concrete jobs. Ogene was sick ALOT making the job linger. We also learned he didn't have a "team" as he stated originally. He was very shady having us book the equipment and buy the lumber saying "that way we know he's not up charging us". It was not until later that we realized doing some investigating that he was not a contractor within these companies systems and was not able to rent the equipment under his name. Ogene whitson came out when we initially complained about the cracking and said that was natural but he strode by his work if it needed fixed….so we kept an eye on it. After winter, we contacted him again because we noticed it was crumbling and had large gaping cracks. Ogene blamed it on the concrete stating we got a bad concrete batch. I contacted the concrete company and their manager came out and tested the concrete and stated that it was a bad poor job And was very thorough in explaining what went wrong. He then called Ogene and explained to him that he needed to come out and make it right as he put too much water on too fast. He never responded. Resolution Sought This Man/business is a full fraud. He needs to be investigated and needs to refund what we paid him + the cost to fix so we can get it fixed properly by a REAL licensed and bonded company. Ogene whitson is a fraud, a liar and a con artist. He deserves to be jailed over this. What is my best course of action so he never does this to anymore people?
