Terrible customer service. Every time I call for the status of my refund i get the run around. Their reps will diconnect the call in the middle of you speaking. Yes, I am upset but not to the point where I'm being disresptful. Resolution Sought I will love to have my refund.

Company states; Please be advised, PayLink Direct ("PayLink") processes payments for customers who purchase vehicle or home service contracts for their automobiles or homes. PayLink does not sell or administer vehicle or home service contracts and is not a party to vehicle or home service contracts. Our records indicate that on August 12, 2021, Ms. Phillip purchased a vehicle service contract from American Vehicle Protection, a third-party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of Palmer Administrative Services Inc ("Palmer"). At the time of sale, a down payment of $129.00 was collected directly by American Vehicle Protection. Furthermore, our records indicate that the policy was cancelled in our billing system on April 24, 2023. Accordingly, no further payments have been or will be collected from Ms. Phillip by PayLink. In an attempt to assist Ms. Phillip, PayLink forwarded the contents of your inquiry to Palmer, the coverage administrator and company that coordinates customer cancellations and refunds. It is our understanding from Palmer that they issued a refund via check to Ms. Phillip on September 22, 2023 in the amount of $1,426.00. For these reasons, we consider the matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink. Please contact Palmer should there be any further questions or concerns. Nissan dealership fixed the air conditioner unit in my 2015 Rouge which is under warranty with PayLink Direct. Dealership completed the job. But they can not get through to claims department to get payed. Mean while I was given a rental and PayLink direct was also to cover rental fees. It took only two days to fix the truck. It's going on three weeks. And they still have not responded. Fees are piling up and I need my vehicle back. I'm steady paying car note and insurance on something I don't have. Plus I don't want to end up with the rental fees which are not my responsibility due to their negligence. Can you please help me? Resolution Sought I would like for PayLink Direct to take care of their responsibility and pay the dealership and rental fees that they are responsible for so I can get my truck back. This is really an inconvenience to me and my family. Thank you.

Our records indicate that on April 4, 2023, Ms. Russell purchased a vehicle service contract from Cover Auto California ("Cover Auto"), a third-party marketer selling vehicle service contracts on behalf of Palmer Administrative Services ("Palmer"). At the time of sale, a down payment of $159.00 was collected directly by Cover Auto. In an attempt to assist Ms. Russell, PayLink forwarded the contents of your inquiry to Palmer, the coverage administrator that reviews and approves all valid claims. As of today, PayLink has yet to receive a response from Palmer. For these reasons, we consider the matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink.
