I agreed by phone to pay $100 down and $99 per month. I was charged $198.79 which i did not agree to. I never received my contract as promised and because it's after the 40 day waiting period, they will not return my money! These people are crooks!!! Resolution Sought Give me a refund of the $198.79 that I never agreed to.

Our records indicate that on 2/19/25, a home service contract ("Streamline Contract") was purchased for Ms. Hix's home from Streamline Protection Group LLC ("Streamline"), a third-party marketer selling home service contracts on behalf of Integrity Admin Group. Enclosed are copies of the Streamline Contract as well as the PayLink Payment Plan Agreement for the Streamline Contract. Our records indicate that the service contract was cancelled in our billing system on 3/31/25. Accordingly, no further payments will be collected by PayLink. In an attempt to assist Ms. Hix, PayLink forwarded the contents of your inquiry to Streamline, the sales agent and company that handles customer cancellations and refunds. It is our understanding from Streamline that they spoke to Ms. Hix on3/31/25, wherein she stated that she wanted to have the monthly installment payment amount be $100.00 since the down payment collected by Streamline at the time of sale was $100.00. Streamline was unable to accommodate Ms. Hix's request, so she elected to cancel the Streamline Contract. Ms. Hix then requested she be refunded $192.30 for the down payment since that was the amount reflected in her paperwork. Per Streamline, only $100.00 was charged for the down pymt and the remaining was forgiven. It is also our understanding from Streamline that they will be issuing a refund of $151.61 via check. Per Streamline, the check will be issued after sixty (60) days to ensure no chargebacks have occurred. If Ms. Hix sends a written request for the correct refund amount with a statement that no chargebacks have been initiated, Streamline has indicated they can issue the refund sooner.

I was tricked into signing up for a home warranty pretending to be connected to my mortgage company. When they said they would send over a policy document they never did. This was suspicious so I froze my accounts and got new account number, but they somehow charged my new card. I was lied to and never received services or even a policy. This company is clearly tied to many scams of this nature. I would like a full refund. I called trying to get this handled on the phone and was sent to forwarded to 3 different companies and each said I had to speak to the other to resolve this. Resolution Sought Full refund of 199.00 and written documentation that they will not be charging me further.

Company states; Please be advised, PayLink Direct ("PayLink") processes payments for customers who purchase vehicle or home service contracts for their automobiles or homes. PayLink does not sell or administer vehicle or home service contracts and is not a party to vehicle or home service contracts. Our records indicate that on October 22, 2024, Ms. Watts purchased a home service contract from Streamline Protection Group LLC ("Streamline"), a third-party marketer selling home service contracts on behalf of Integrity Admin Group. At the time of sale, a down payment of $188.53 was collected directly by Streamline. Enclosed are copies (upon request) of Ms. Watt's Streamline Contract as well as the PayLink Payment Plan Agreement for the Streamline Contract. Furthermore, our records indicate that the policy was cancelled in our billing system on November 25, 2024. Accordingly, no further payments have been or will be collected from Ms. Watts by PayLink. Please note that our records also indicate the one (1) monthly payment of $199.00 collected on November 22, 2024 for the Streamline Contract was reversed in our system on November 26, 2024 due to a chargeback dispute being filed. In an attempt to assist Ms. Watts, PayLink forwarded the contents of your inquiry to Streamline, the sales agent and company that handles customer cancellations and refunds. As of today, PayLink has yet to receive a response from Streamline. For these reasons, we consider the matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink. Please contact Streamline should there be any further questions or concerns.
