THEY RIPPED ME OFF/ WORSE SERVICE EVER

I have changed my payment date several times to the 17th of the month, the 1st time was for a temporary payment date after that I made it permanent, now every two months they keep trying to change my payment date to like the 3rd. You can see from previous payments that I was paying on the 17th I have had to called about this issue several times, but now I called to make a payment today and my account is cancelled 2/17/2022 my last payment was 1/17/2022. I am very frustrated, I have lost confidence in this warranty company, they cant even get my payment date correct then they cancelled my policy. I would like a full refund of everything I have paid, I have never used their service. I called company trying to get resolution and was spoken over and unable to tell my issue because my account is now cancelled, and he refuse to connect me to a manager or corporate before hanging up in my ear.
