Company Response

Company states: Ms. Edwards wanted countertops installed a particular way and we installed them accordingly. After they were installed, someone else told her that they need to be installed at 45 degree angle. If she needs more countertops, she needs to purchase them. We did the final walk through with the inspector. The inspector took photos and signed off on the job. I never took any money for the hot water heater, and I never installed it. The appliances were supposed to be installed by the company she purchased them from. Ms Edwards moved into the house when she wasn't supposed to, which was two months prior to finishing the job. The shower was working and draining fine when we finished and it was signed off by the inspector. It would be her responsibility to contact a plumber to check her drain issue. Inspector also signed off on every window and door we worked on. The customer signed the check over to me after the job was completed. I'm not responsible for something she doesn't like after the job was completed and passed inspection.
