I was informed that Payne Richards required a finders fee for unclaimed property State of Connecticut. They claimed recovery and sent papers to be notarized had returned. I have been scammed. HELP. Resolution Sought Refund my money. My income is mainly social security.

Sent me a letter (wrong address) saying I had a refund from the state on unclaimed property. I check with the state and there was none. They are a fraud akin to the Nigerian Prince scam. Shame on them! Resolution Sought Simply take some honesty pills!
