Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I had an interview with this company and someone by the name of Chrissy Dahn on phone number (317) 418-7480 called me. She sent me emails stating I needed to fill out a 1099 form in order to complete the training proces. She then told me someone by the name of Joe would email me via this email [email protected]. This was back on 11/21. She told me training happens on Mondays and Thursdays. She told me because I enrolled in my benefits late on a Saturday instead of that Friday after my interview, that training would take place the following Monday 12/2. 12/2 came and she said the trainer was running behind and had to reschedule for Thursday 12/5. She said training was scheduled at 5:30pm eastern. 5:30 came and no email invite was sent to me regarding training. I called her several times and sent her emails and she completed ghosted me. I have already filled out a 1099 form with my personal information and I am afraid this company scammed me and I need help. The other person named Matt called me too on Saturday 11/23 on this number (859) 468-2682 to setup my benefits. He told me a card would be mailed to me, never received one as of yet. Resolution Sought This company took a 1099 form I completed for them with sensitive information, stalled the interview process, and eventually stop returning my phone calls or emails. I want criminal charges on them for scamming or a settlement for taking my sensitive information and ghosting me.
