Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I Luis have been bringing my ssi to Payomatic cashing place since the time I have been accepted to ssi and that is 11 months now, and all out of know where this Dec, 28, 2023 the last cheek I received, payomatic is saying that I cashed my cheek two times, they're saying that before I went to there checking place I went and deposited my cheek to bank account and then went to there payomatic and cashed my cheek and that's in possible because I don't have a bank account, I feel that there trying to get me, I would never jeopardize my SSI never, they where very nasty to me over the phone, they payomatic is not giving me no type of evidence they're harassing me since Jan, 9, 10,11, I went to the police Department and Police Ms. Hall told me not to pick up the phone because this looks like some one in payomatic is trying to scam you, so yes I filed a complaint. Please some one help me. Also the payomatic that I'm referring to is on NYC Manhattan 303 Houston street zip 10002 , 212- 982-7641. Resolution Sought I need help I'm a sick old man and since I been having this problem I got an enziaty attace already, please I really need someone to investigate this problem.
