I was using service of Payoneer..One day I received notification that $53 have been deducted to my account, transaction was made for any merchant whom I didn't know. I immediately complain to Payoneer for that transactions. After some days I received refund of $26.70 and I was asked that $26.70 are pending and will be refunded within 90 days. I took patience ..But after some days Payoneer deducted maintenance fee $30 whilst I had already paid maintenance fee for the same year. I asked them then they replied that when I made a complaint for the unauthorized transaction, they deactivated my card and after when I received a refund of $23.70 so the issued me a new one so that's why maintenance fee again they deducted. Now the point is this . Firstly they deducted the maintenance fee twice for the same year and for that account which they couldn't protect from unauthorized transactions. Second: Before some days I received a notification of receiving money of $23.70 from that merchant but the transaction was incomplete and under process but when completed again sent back to the same merchant I didn't get anything. So maybe they are manipulating there customer because I received refund of $23 which cost me maintenance fee of $30. And now, 90 days have passed but I didn't receive my refund. So please take strict action so that they can value the customers Resolution Sought 90 days have passed but I didn't receive my refund. Just Inform them to be acted honestly and value thier customers

After an extensive screening process & detailed compliance submittal, I was finally approved for using Payoneer as a Platform to make a "secured " or so I was told, payment with my Debit card to an already established Payoneer Services Member. Before this Transaction, being a new customer I specifically inquired with Payoneer Customer Service , on Several Recorded Conversations, that if the Seller were to default or not deliver my product in any way, if my purchase would be protected by Payoneer & that I would be refunded.. I was assured that I absolutely would be. THEY LIED! The seller (per Payoneer), immediately upon receiving the funds, said the seller withdrew the funds, & closed the account. I went through every claim, dispute & escalation process Payoneer had. In this process,I only t only have been denied any refund or liability. The seller has been to date responding daily to emails about the case, saying Payoneer is the one who closed the account & denied access to the funds, while during these proceedings, Payoneer has continually done nothing but hang up on me, Not called me back when they said they would, and be very short & unhelpful even though I've never raised my voice or been disrespectful.. It amazes me that they would have no protection for their customers, & allow a Seller on their platform to do this, if it is as they say. Upon more research of Payoneer doing things like closing accounts & denying funds without explanation, speaks volumes. Resolution Sought Refund my $440.
