Hi I'm a freelance service provider and get payments using payoneer Plataforma but i was contacted by payoneer requesting my id information wend I provided the id information and send a copy of it and comply with the way the upload this to their web site they told me that it was not me and cancel my account with my payment and they are not responding to let me now wend will they release the payment to my account or retune to sender Resolution Sought to retune the money back to my employer so the can re send the payment

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my account with Payoneer. On January 26, 2017, I received a bank transfer amounting to $405,904.37 USD. However, shortly after, my account was blocked without any explanation. Despite repeated inquiries, the reason for blocking my account was not disclosed, and requests to transfer the funds to another bank or withdraw them from the account were denied. The funds have been unjustly held without providing any valid reason. I will attach all relevant images that substantiate my account. My account ID with Payoneer is 15004983. Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. Sincerely, Hussam Resolution Sought We kindly request either to reopen the account or transfer the remaining balance of $220,000 USD to local bank account.
