I answered an ad on Facebook that was selling real gasoline powder water cooled engine's that you assemble and can use to power your rc car or display with the cdi ignition system you can impress your friends by starting your real life full machined model engine and it was not a working engine just a resin cast of an engine no cdi ignition no gasoline power no powering your rc just a block of poorly produced and poorly painted plastic with not a single moving part besides it moving across the room when I opened it and it was not what I ordered I filed a dispute with PayPal because they were the platform that this seller used to process the payment and PayPal had me wait for the seller to respond and they agreed to refund my money and I return the garbage they sent me I was waiting for the pickup ticket or something to place the return and nothing I wasn't expecting that I would have to cover the return costs there is nothing in this whole thing for me they are the ones who mislead me and they are now holding my money hostage and I am trying to reach out to PayPal to inquire about the return postage fee and they have no way of communicating with them in the claim section and I sent messages and I found a little section to add information so I inquired about the return ticket and the very next time I logged in to see if they had responded to my message they dismissed my claim because I had a incorrect tracking number and no please to explain that I had not given any tracking Resolution Sought I want PayPal to accept responsibility for enabling a seller to mislead and steal money from the consumer when people see that PayPal is the platform accepting payments people tend to have some reasonable amount of protection and this is the exact opposite PayPal tends to favor the seller I suggested that I file the dispute with my bank and PayPal asked me not to because that would complicate the process I still don't have my money or the merchandise I ordered

I received a email for collection for a mac notebook laptop order #181482 standard mail. Order date 04-30-25. SHIPPING TO; Joya. 366 Garcia Terrace. I did not order this. I don't kn¨o the person it going too. So I the customer help at 1-(828)-203-8513. I explained to the person, I didn't make this order, I need to cancel it and delete my PayPal account. He said someone hacked into my email, I needed to download app on play store so he could. I said no. He hung up. So I went on Google looked up PayPal chatted with a real customer service. Explained everything , sent a copy of a Pic of the bill statement I received and a Pic of the app site he wanted me to log onto. This was May 1rst" 25. Yesterday on the 2nd of May. I received a from a woman telling me I would be charged $499. They will take it out, if I don't call their customers service Resolution Sought This company is miss using PayPal. And fraud ingredient customers. It needs to shut down, the need to be charged with a crime. I hope you will consider looking into this. Thank you
