I received a email for collection for a mac notebook laptop order #181482 standard mail. Order date 04-30-25. SHIPPING TO; Joya. 366 Garcia Terrace. I did not order this. I don't kn¨o the person it going too. So I the customer help at 1-(828)-203-8513. I explained to the person, I didn't make this order, I need to cancel it and delete my PayPal account. He said someone hacked into my email, I needed to download app on play store so he could. I said no. He hung up. So I went on Google looked up PayPal chatted with a real customer service. Explained everything , sent a copy of a Pic of the bill statement I received and a Pic of the app site he wanted me to log onto. This was May 1rst" 25. Yesterday on the 2nd of May. I received a from a woman telling me I would be charged $499. They will take it out, if I don't call their customers service Resolution Sought This company is miss using PayPal. And fraud ingredient customers. It needs to shut down, the need to be charged with a crime. I hope you will consider looking into this. Thank you

I received an email from supposedly PayPal for ,$699.00,which I don't have a PayPal account,mine Is closed. He told me they were going deposit money in my account and to buy 2 gift cards for $250 a piece to straighten my account. I never received the money and I didn't send cards. I want to make you aware of this,so no one else get scammef C Resolution Sought My desires for these people get caught and punished
