Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I made a dispute for a 1000 to a person that agreed to refund it back and PayPal never processed the funds and then restricted my account permanently. Resolution Sought Return my funds

My account got permanently limited because I made it when I wasn't 18 while I had money in it and couldn't take it out but they said i could get my money sent back in 180 days if i waited for an email so I did and now when I go to the app it wont let me confirm my information as my account is limited so I cant even get my money promised by the company back. I'm 18 now and I've gotten emails saying if I'm 18 they would unlimited my account but they haven't gotten back to me and the app wont let do it with the limitations. Resolution Sought To be able to take out my 11 usd from my bank PayPal balance
