Computer equipment was old, broken & inadequate.

Computer equipment was old, broken & inadequate. I had verbally contracted w/PC Empire for a new desktop computer system, delivered & installed at my home. When I complained, they refused to take back equipment or return to me home to fix matters. After a long dispute thru my credit card bank, it was finally settled in my favor w/refund to my acct. However, I feel very strongly that PC Empire is conducting business unethically & should not have a business license to operate w/these standards. I fear for any other customers being taken advantage of.
