Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Customer Complaint

Dropped off a Custom personal computer build with PC Fix TX on Aug 7th. Paid $649 to have diagnostic, CPU installed, SSD, Operating System, and Wireless NIC to include troubleshooting and labor. The business owner Joseph Mendes would take days or weeks to respond to a status of the system. 16 September he stated it was a bad capacitor and stated it needed to be replaced and solder. 1 October stated he was waiting on capacitor and further troubleshooting. 24 October requested status, and got no response. 27 October went by place of business, owner not present but customer service rep was inside but did not answer. Oct 27 stated he would call me but never did. 1st November requested an update. No response. 2 November called and left another voicemail stating if I do not hear back I'm going to the authorities for fraud and theft. Joseph Mendes responds back and tell me he is not home but will leave my PC outside. Picked up PC on 2nd November with little progress and requested a refund. Customer service representative said to contact CashApp to request a refund. CashApp does not provide refunds for services and requesting help to get money back for services not rendered. Resolution Sought Provide refund for everything but the $75 diagnostic. I'm requesting $575 dollars. I paid $649 for the service I did not receive.
