CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I bought a lifetime subscription from PCMatic in 2022. I have nothing but trouble since 2023 it would work off and on I have trying to get them to fix it for months, I have contacted them almost every day trying to get them to get it to work. I contacted them in July and told them again to fix or reissue the antivirus or I was going to contact the BCA and so here i am. Resolution Sought What I want is for the PC Matic product to work, either by fixing it or replace it. I just want what I paid for.
