Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

The customer service there is the worst I have ever dealt with. They are an outlet for the government funded program that helps low income families with internet service. I received a message stating the program was ending. So I paid the other amount necessary to keep my service active so I do not have any disruption with my college courses. I have a medical condition that interferes with my day to day memory and processing. The lady told me why would they refund me for my mistake. And persistently degraded me. About how I didn't call last month. Well because I received a message that the program was ending. Then this month I received a message asking if I wanted to renew the ACP. So I called in to see what was going on. I asked for a manager and he was as rude as her. Saying why would I refund you the money. Then we would lose out on the money. Why am I paying for a program that is free to me? What kind of business especially one supposedly for the community take my money? This is very demeaning to me who is struggling to keep her apartment and car and everything going while I am in this extensive therapy and memory care process. Resolution Sought Refund my money. And The manager and meme er of the team need to be addressed. The way they conducted their business was totally out of line.
