Mr. Peace kept my car for 6 weeks . He put a fuel pump on my car that I didn't need. I have text messages where he told me I didn't need one. At first he told me $650 for the job then he told me 481.80. After 6 weeks I asked for my car back. Keep in mind I've already told Mr peace if you couldn't fix it , it's fine to let me know . After he charged me that amount and kept my car for six weeks he told me he still didn't know what was wrong with it because after six weeks that was still not enough time. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my money back . I'm the third person that I know of he's done this to and I have proof .

She stated that we kept her car for 6 weeks. When she had her car brought to us, we made it clear that we were backed up and there were several customers ahead of her and that we would not be able to get to her car right away but that we would let her know as soon as we could, what the issue was. She stated that she has text message proof that we told her she did not need a fuel pump. We have those same text messages and we told her that she didn't need an electric fuel pump but that she needed a hydraulic fuel pump; her car has two separate fuel pumps. We were very close to figuring out the main issue with her car when she said that she would come pay for what was already done and she was taking the car. It was another week until she came and picked up her car. We could have and would have had it figured out and fixed in the 5 days it took for her to get here after she told us to stop working on it. This customer will not be receiving a refund, we took off 1 hour of labor from her total and that is why it was 481.80 instead of the original 650 she was quoted. If she is unhappy that she had to pay less then we would be happy to receive payment for the remaining 168.20 that was taken off of her bill. If she has any proof that we have overcharged anyone for parts they did not need we would love to see that.
