Signed an agreement for a 5 ton central air unit with 3 Blower heads, a remote, and monitor, in end of May 2020. The unit was to be installed in the PM hours for a medical grow. Part owner Juan had told me they Do not carry the 5 ton units at his premise and that I would have to pay $2,000.00 extra for that specific model to be shipped directly to my house before we could set up the installation time and it could be guaranteed. On June 11, 2020 Peak workers showed up to my property in their own vehicle carrying a unit to be installed that particular day. After a phone call to Juan to remind him that this was a medical grow and the work could NOT be performed until after 8pm on ANY given day for this particular installation. The time WAS rescheduled and only 2 heads (blower) were installed and I never received the 3rd head that was supposed to be installed on a later date when we would need to run the unit on full. Sometime around September 2020 we noticed that the air wasn't keeping up and called to have the 3rd head installed. Juan again spoke with my boyfriend Chris Rector and told him that if we add a 3rd head that we would have to change the other heads out because the unit only pushed out 5 tons. As this made me scratch my head because I remembered the original agreement. So I took the back panel off the Unit that Peak installed on June 11, 2020 and found out that they brought me a 4 ton unit instead of a 5 ton unit. Resolution Sought I want exactly what I asked for and I want them to take this one back out and install the one we signed and agreed on. I have asked them a couple times now and nothing has been done. If this doesn't work I'll be forced to take this to court.
