Bought glasses and 2 weeks later they are broken. No manager works in the store. They said maybe Friday. Today is only Tuesday. Resolution Sought Refund.

Company states; We would like to extend our sincere apologies to Mr. Siebert. He came to the store and encountered a new team member that gave him a schedule that was not correct. Our store managers are in the office 6-7 days per week between them to ensure customers have a great experience and the service they deserve. He came to the location on Wednesday te following day to meet with a lab expert that has 30 years' experience working with prescription eye glasses, frames, adjustments and repairs. The store manager was also present when he arrived. His glasses were not broken, however, the nose piece became loosened from the frame, Jon the manager put it in place and gave him a few more nose bridge replacements, should he need them at no charge. The customer has not contacted the store in regards to any problems or concerns he is having with the product. When receiving this letter and noticing his purchase price he claimed was $948.78, I reached out to him to ask if there was another product he was unhappy with, since he paid a total of $243.41 for merchandise and exam with the optometrist. He was not willing to discuss, called me a profanity name and we disconnected the call.
