I requested a transfer of service on 6/10/22. In stead pepco continues to charge me for the previous residence of 13942 king george way, upper Marlboro, md 20772 AND the new address too. I told them this was in error and I am not responsible for the previous address and even when I gave them the owner/landlords information and advised her managing company even took the keys on 6/30/22 where I had no physical access to the residence they still keep telling me I have to pay for it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told none were picking up with threats if I don't pay their bill by 8/26/22. I am. I am not paying the new tenant/landlord bill when I have proof I was not in nor did I have access to that prospers after 6/30/22 ams peoco even admitted in their records they were told to start service at my new residence on 6/10 which was a transfer of service request! I filed a complaint on 8/16/22 and they ignored me and tried to pressure me into paying someone else's bill! Resolution Sought Recalculate my bill and charge the current resident/landlord their bill! From at least 6/30/22 -8/16/22. I am not paying for anything after 6/30/22 as pepco failed to transfer service ans instead just added a second account failing to stop service at the previous address even though it was a transfer of service.

What is it going to take to get PECO to stop sending Asplundh? They are unsupervised, are very poorly trained as what they can and can not do. I am sick and tired of them coming onto my property unannounced, damaging property, walking on shrubs, flower beds, climbing fences and climbing up trees putting holes into someone's property, having no respect for people's property. Enough is enough, it has to stop. After I chased them off my property, my neighbor called asking who and why were they half way up her yard. I have seen them trim trees that are not near any lines which the cost for this work is reflected on my bill. I guess I have to start filming it till I get enough to file a suit. Your company has no legal right to come on my property and you only have the right to trim trees from your property that are hanging over onto yours. This is not the first time I have had to send a letter about this matter. Resolution Sought Stop sending people who trespass on my property unannounced.
