Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I ordered a phone cover for my galaxy so phone advertised for 24.99 plus 5.00 shipped I was charged 54.00 dollars , probably a third party scavenger Co. In the mail a week later I received the wrong item I'm 100 positive I ordered the correct item. I contacted them, they asked for a picture, I don't know how to send pictures, I sent the name and model number. Unless they can't read this should work. Resolution Sought I just want the correct phone cover. And if they send me 5.00 for shipping pluss 25.00 for my third party scavenger shipping Co. I will gladly return the wrong item
