I obtained Mrs. Foy through a out reach program. Located in Mastic Beach. I obtained her to get my criminal records expunged. During the process I gave important information and paper work on my criminal history. Also a retaining fee of $250.00 dollars. To start processing my case. It has been approximately a total of 18 months. I have not heard anything no response from her or phone calls. I wanted to retrieve my paper work back. Also my 250.00 dollars retaining fee from her. Resolution Sought My refund and paperwork back.

Company states: Please be advised that Mr. Langhorne is not a client of mine. He was referred to me by a third party and provided her with a of his license and a money order. Those items were passed to me, but when he was sent a retainer from my office along with an information sheet so I could start the work, he never returned it. Twice. Mr. Langhorne contacted the third party numerous times. She was advised and I know they told him that he had to call my offices and make an appointment. He never called for months and months. My last correspondence to the address provided to him, asked him to contact my office to pick up his money order as I could not do the work without his cooperation. Notably, the only phone call I ever go from a male voice claiming to be him was received in July 2023 wherein he asked that I do no further work for him. Your letter was received about the same time. His original money order is still in the pending file that I have. He needs to have someone sign for it at this point.

I contacted her office several times. I haven't received my retaining fee or paperwork. The phone works both ways. I talked to her only time. Since i gave her the retaining fee. Peggy has my cellphone number. Also my address. She wants a meeting i would be happy too. For I can put this prolong matter behind us.
