I purchased 3 flashlights from them, I requested lighbulb replacements for them since they had gone out, they informed me they no longer carried replacements bulbs, so they told me they would send a replacement flashlight, but wanted me to submit 3 photos of each flashlight, including model number, the whole flashlight, and one taken apart. I submitted the photos, but Pelican is stating they did not receive the photos, I had an agent at T-Mobile assist me in sending the photos. I sent again, and they said they only recieved one photo of one flashlight and 18 of the other but could not make them out. Pelican then asked me to send me one photo and they would replace the flashlights, but wanted me to provide my credit card info. I declined giving my card info. The agent stated they would send me the replacements, if I sent $10 and the flashlights with a tracking number. Which is going to cost me additional funds to send them when they are covered by a lifetime warranty. Which was opposite what the last communication was I had with them, when they stated they would just sent me replacements. Ref number : RMA#60499258 Resolution Sought The replacement of the 3 flashlights.
