This is a company that is based out of China. They're not even from California like they claim But they are saying they are in the United States. I bought an item that wasn't really a trustworthy item. It was fake But they are saying they are in the United States. It was fake because it ruined the seats in my truck and it's $3600. It was a pet bedThey only gave me 1200. I used a girl that's working with me an PIand she looked up the company and she gave me all this information that they're not even even in the United States. This is fraud and now my truck is ruined and I have to pay out-of-pocketThey're using ship bob address saying that's their address and I called ship bob they don't do any business with pelsbarn. Resolution Sought Well I think that you should investigate this because they're defrauding people and they're in China and acting like they are from Norwegian and they should be shut down, but I want to get my money.
