The Peninsula delivery truck is using Moon Palace private property to make a delivery at the business next-door, which is Fire and Water at 9:53 AM December 29, 2022. There is a public street in front of the business, Fire and Water, and they will not use this because it's not convenient .This is the third incident previous incident occurred on November 2021 and August 2021. I have called and talk to Tim and explained to him about the truck again, and he said he will take care of problems and I called to talk to Tim then for the third time it still has not been resolved and I explain to Tim that I didn't want to get in a physical confrontation with the driver and somebody getting injured or killed. They are clearly using private property, which is my parking lot to make a delivery that's not even to my business and I have my parking lot posted no trespassing. This a Preventable problem. Resolution Sought I would like Peninsula truck lines to stop using my parking lot as a delivery dock and Tim phone number 253-929-2048 if this continues, I will have to get in the physical confrontation with the driver or the police might get called or somebody might get hurt. This is a preventable problem that continues.
