Pennymac has continuously committed Mortgage fraud. They bought my loan in September 2021 paid the back taxes 3 months later that was the beginning of the disaster that's still continuing. They have refused to abide by my contract 30 year fixed rate at 3.25 . I myself put in my contract that I would put my escrow for my homeowners with the house payment that was for 2 years only!!!! they have changed my contract I'm tired of this shit they have lied they have stolen. August 2023 was 2 years where, I didn't have to put any escrow in there for my homeowners.. so then they were saying I didn't make a payment that's a damn lie.. So all these extra fees occurred then I had to do a mitigation to save my house from these thieves...would say!!! I just got a letter today September 13th saying that I have missed 2 payments these idiots have been take $1857.00 out of my damn checking account for the last 3 months. I got 3 more months to pay their asses back and I really don't even owe this money!! I am so sick and tired of this crap I will file a lawsuit against them. My mortgage payment is $950.62 that's it, these freakin thieves are making me pay 3 times the amount and no one is helping me do shit the VA not doing shit.. I've had enough they are a bunch of corrupt crooked $##$.. They sent the same damn letter that they sent me 4 freaking months ago... you're a bunch of stupid idiots lost they're damn minds.. I want this corrected immediately!!! Resolution Sought Correct my account..Pay restitution!!!

Unable to make entry to my account! I reset the user name and password twice! Both time I was advised did not recognize the user and password. Resolution Sought Allow me into my account or we have a contractual situation.
