1. Friday January 19. Car was ready for pick after new engine was installed. 2. Saturday January 20 , I returned the car because I noticed the RPM needle had erratic behavior on several occasions. 3. Monday January 22. They said The Camshaft sensor went out and they replaced it. I picked up my car that day. 4. Wednesday January 24, I dropped my car off at the dealership. Later that day The service rep (Luz) told me 3 people test drove my car and could not find out what the problem was. 5.Thursday January 25, I went on a test drive with the manager. Due to the rainy weather I could not drive the car how I would normally drive it so the issue with the car did not come up on that short test drive. Later that day after it stopped raining I noticed a crack in my wind shield on the passenger side. I notified the service Rep Luz and she failed to address the crack window shield. 6. Thursday February 1, I saw a loose wire which is connected to the engine it was broken and an attempt to rewire it is less than professionally done. 7. There are missing screws and bolts on my engine that should be there. Resolution Sought I no longer have confidence in the technician/mechanics at the Cerritos Penske Chevrolet Dealership. I have been very patient. I have been inconvenienced and after far too many trips to their dealership and I still have unresolved issues seemingly from the new engine installation. I want Penske Chevrolet to pay for the engine rewiring so that it is up to professional standards for a new engine install and replace my windshield. I would like the service to be handled by Moss Bros Chevrolet.
