My car would not start. And I call Toyota because it is within warranty. And they sent their tow truck. And they did the service. And from then on they disappeared. My stuff, air pump, 2 spare batteries, glasses, my sunglasses. When I asked them, they said that they they did not know anything. And they did not ask or check the cameras. Resolution Sought Give to me my things. That is all I need.

Dealer Service Manager reached out to Mr. Gonzalez, reviewed his concern and advised him video footage review is in process. Dealer Service Manager provided reimbursement to Mr. Gonzalez for missing items, as goodwill gesture.
