Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I created a profile on this dating site, and the profile was hacked by some other person, using my information. The site informed me of this hack, and promised a full refund in 10 to 15 working days. This was on Dec. 2, 2025. I have texted them back repeatedly, and all I hear is that there are delays sometimes. It is now Jan. 21, 2026, and no refund. Resolution Sought Give me the refund.

Half the time to site never worked, I put in my specifications how many miles away I want to meet somebody da da da and it continues to send me people way far away. I have been trying for 3 months I'm signed up for 6 month membership and they will automatically renew and I have not been able to cancel them other than they want me to send them a fee to do so. Resolution Sought Cancel my membership. Without charging me a fee. I'm paid up for 6 months since March
