I just don't feel that taking money automatically out of their account, is the right thing to do.

When I signed up with this Company, I was unaware that the amount of $106.64 was taken out of your Account every month. It was taken out automatically, but I wasn't totally aware of this. I thought that when I signed up, it was a one time fee. Recently I checked my balance in my Checking Account, and was totally surprised when my total reflected a negative balance of $-106.04. I called up Ourtime.Com and Chase Bank, and the amount was placed back in my Account. I just don't feel that any money should come out of anyone's Account, unless they're totally aware of it coming out. I wasn't alerted about this, so it caused me some problems. This shouldn't happen!! I just wanted to make this known how this Company runs their business. I just want to file a complaint. The money was placed back in my account, and the problem was resolved. If you could just file the complaint to have it on record. I might have signed something when I signed up, but I wasn't aware of it. Thank you for your time. Sincerely,
